Dear UAS Parents,
Tomorrow 24th November, is the Day for the PTO Coffee Morning. We sure hope you take out some time to come and have a coffee and chat with us.
As usual we meet in the elementary faculty room at 7.45 AM to start at 8 AM and following is the planned agenda:
Start at 8.00 AM to 8.20 AM: Presentation on student learning and data with MAP! (MAP Testing) by Ms. Amanda DeCardy.
8.20 AM to 9.15 AM International Day Format and signups. Please note that the date for the international Day 2015 has been moved from the previously planned 31st January to 7th March, 2015, as Mr. Andrew Torris, UAS Director, is unavailable before that. This being his first year with us here in Dubai it would be nice to have the biggest event for the school with his presence.
The “PTO Books & Disk Bazar” starts today and would run for the current week. Location is near the school Doctor’s office on the ground floor, next to the school reception. Most items would be available for Dhs. 5 only!! Please do not miss this opportunity to stock up on your children’s and your favorite books and DVDs and Music CDs, as there are items that would suite all age groups.
This is a PTO fundraising event and helps PTO raise funds for various events, prizes and helps support other groups at the school.
Looking forward to see you on the 24th Morning.
Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com or via our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/UASDubaiPTO.
