December 12th 2019

Dear Parents,

We really did pack in a lot of fun and learning this week. The children thoroughly enjoyed the Cultural Breakfast, music concert, Festive Fair, visit from Santa  and the class party. What a whirlwind! Today was the last school day of the decade and we look forward to seeing you all back in 2020!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support this term and to wish you all a wonderful holiday with your family. Happy Christmas to all families who celebrate.

Dates To Remember

January 5th: First day of the Term 2

Holiday Homework

While there is no official holiday homework please encourage your child to continue reading on a daily basis. Bring a book everywhere whether it’s the plane, the beach or the park. Read with your child and discuss what you have read. We will assess the children in January to determine their reading progress.

Edmentum Challenge

Students who earn three trophies in READING or LANGUAGE over the break will be given extra recess & a popcorn party! Trophies are earned through passing progress checks.

Enjoy the well earned break!
